We only ship new unused product and 100% guaranteed factory packed product, this is achieved by only supplying product purchased from OEM excess inventory. It is always new, and in factory packaging and in same condition as when it was purchased direct from factory or franchise distribution. We tell our buying customers the truth about when product can be shipped and when it will arrive at your warehouse dock. No late deliveries (within our scope of control). If we cannot supply to you the date you need something by, we will tell you before we ever ship! We know from the past years of being a supplier and buying excess inventory that relationship and partnership with a customer is key. We have long term regular customers around the world who continue to come back to GSS because they know and can attest to the fact that we are reliable, fair and honest!
