It is always new, and in factory packaging and in same condition as when it was purchased direct from factory or franchise distribution. We tell our buying customers the truth about when product can be shipped and when it will arrive at your warehouse dock. No late deliveries (within our scope of control). If we cannot supply to you the date you need something by, we will tell you before we ever ship!
